A FEI/Thermo-Fisher Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) with a LaB6 electron source. It works at a high voltage of 120/200KeV and is equipped with:
- A Gatan Rio9 3Kx3K CMOS camera
- A Gatan DF and BF detectors
- An EDAX EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy) system for chemical composition analysis of materials
