Rania obtained a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Food Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2019, and an M.Sc. in Pharmacy at the School of Pharmacy of the Hebrew University under the supervision of Prof. Elka Touitou in 2021. Her project involved the nasal delivery of Pramipexole using a nanovesicular carrier for managing motor impairment in Parkinson’s disease. In 2022, she joined the Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Nanomaterials Science to pursue her Ph.D. studies under the supervision of Prof. Alejandro Sosnik and the co-supervision of Prof. Avi Avital (University of Haifa). Rania’s research focuses on the intranasal delivery of polymeric nanocarriers of cannabidiol to treat the symptoms of neurodevelopmental disorders.
