Microstructure, stability and thermoelectric properties of ceramic thermoelectric materials.
Aviv Marom performs a research assistance work related to investigation of CaO(CaMnO3)m– based thermoelectric materials, which are stable at high temperatures and relatively inexpensive. His job involves investigation of microstructure evolution and addresses both kinetic and thermodynamic aspects and their reflection on thermoelectric performance, aiming at optimization of the material’s figure of merit.
