The Department of Materials Science and Engineering is pleased to inform that Prof. Avner Rothschild (from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering) and Professor Gideon Grader (from the Department of Chemical Engineering) have been selected to receive the Groundbreaking Research Prize, which comes with a monetary award of 100,000 USD of the 2020 Eric and Sheila Samson Prime Minister’s Prize for Global Innovation in Smart Mobility and Alternative Fuels for transportation.
